Simon Sinek gives me such inspiration and optimism. I own almost all of his books and their audio versions as well. His TED Talk 2009 is significant; if you haven’t seen it yet, please do yourself a favor and watch it. Sinek gives excellent clarity to how good companies and people have a way of showing people their why. I love this quote because it reminds me of what I need to focus on and why. As long as that is clear, everything else will follow.
